i am trying to include a list of skills i.e interpersonal skill, good human relations etc to polish my cv in respect of a customer relations job

effective communicater both oral and written
computer literate - list any ms office programs you know like word or excel
data entry
knowledge of office machines (copier, fax etc...)
Any languages you speak
Past exerience with customer service: prior jobs, voluteer work, school, church...
That you meet dead lines
