in same countrys we have minimus salary that is establish by the goverment. what happen there. it is really the american dream!

In the USA your pay is determined by your education, skills and your ability to interact with all level of personnel.

We do not have "minimums" established for salaries other than a minimum wage for hourly paid employees. Wages are determined my the market and availability of candidates to fill positions. In other words - supply and demand.

If you have a profession - go to salary.com and look at the wage matrix for your profession.

I'd say $45,000 is the national average here. Of course, I could be WAY off. I think it varies from region to region.
