Will someone please find me some working IP addresses? I searched for "open proxy list" but all the pages are blocked because of something called Proxy Avoidance. The first person to get me one that works gets best answer. I need the ip address and the port.

Try this http://www.publicproxyservers.com/page1.html scroll a bit down and you will have a list. on the left side menu there are 5 pages of proxy lists.
