my favorite movie... Gaslight, with Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer. Also, the Picture of Dorian Gray and The Manchurian Candidate (the original, not that crappy remake)
Oddly enough, my 3 favorite movies have Angela Lansbury in them. Gaslight was her very first role.

My New favorite is my fair lady.
Saw it the other night on TMC.
It is a wonderful study of linguistics and phonetics, the Culture of victorian england, psychology and femminism.
All-around good movie.
