Oh lord, for me they're awful. I hate PMS week. My breasts get extremely tender (my nipples ache plus I'm "overendowed", so gravity alone is a killer, taking off my bra at night is awful), I'm very moody, my lower back aches, my upper thighs ache, and I'm tired like I've just run a marathon. But it varies from woman to woman and it used to be that before I hit 30 I barely had any symptoms at all, save maybe some moodiness.
