The chinese are practically slaves to the American industrialists. Those who actually get paid get 50 cents an hour. That is $4 a day for an 8 hour shift.

There have been some reports that many chinese have been sent on their way after having worked hard --without the promised paychecks.

Also, have you ever tried to deal with the Indian customer service people concerniong your bank account? Often you get someone whose accent is so "singsong" it is difficult to determine if they are really speaking English. Plus many do a very poor job and we have to follow up with bank employees here at home to try to fix the problems they have made.

Bush didn't do that, nor does he have any control over that. We have a free market system. You may want to look into labor unions, etc. as to why this is happening. Not that I agree with paying anyone fifty cents an hour. People give Bush more power than he has. I think a mandatory annual government class for all citizens might be required.

You do know that the president has no power as to where a business decides to move.
Many businesses owned by democrats (including stock owners) are overseas.
John "Heinz" Kerry kept yelling about bringing businesses back to the U.S., he should have started with his wifes family. 17 factories, only 2 that are in the U.S. The others are spread out through the Pacific Islands and the Orient.

Unions.....They want more money for doing less work. So they go on strike wanting more money for doing the same thing..

School is in session.....You have workers that want $100 for building 100 cars but they go on strike and want $200 for that same 100.
So you take it overseas with workers grateful just to have a job, they will make that same 100 cars for $50

It's common sense. I know its lacking for you though. It's asking a lot. I apolagize

Class is dismissed.

SVern nailed it on the head too.

Are you saying that President Bush & his supporters have taken control of private industry? Keep raising teenagers salaries through minimum wage increases & you will see even more jobs leave the country. These are private companies who can hire who they please & move jobs to where they please. The President nor your permission is needed.
Free Enterprise, freedom to run your own business - what is so hard to understand about this?

I didn't realize that outsourcing started in the last 6 years. I also did not realize that it was started by the Republican Party.

Yet another, awe inspiring question from a liberal who thinks modern history started in 2000.

Shocker
