i want a logical explanation

In my 30 years of experience I've found this to be true, however, I've also found that average and even ugly looking guys (go figure!) can be conceited jerks too.

Maybe for the same reason a lot of guys keep going out with women considered "hot', but are very vain, self-involved, spoiled witches. People keep thinking that because the person is beautiful on the outside they will always be beautiful on the inside, and yet the opposite is usually true.
I am planting the thought in my daughter's head now that it doesn't matter how a person looks or dresses, it matters how they act. If you try to always do the right thing, all of the rest will fall into place.

Because that is the first thing a women sees (the hotness). If we could see personality and characteristics all of us would be happy women. Logical enough for you?

Many reasons. Some women love a "rough around the edges" man. Most guys that are full of themselves are also great lovers. There's magnatudes of reasons. But here's one for you to think about..if the hot girls are stuck up snooty b*tchs and too high maintenance, why do guys keep dating them?

I think that looks are sort of important in a person...I mean nobody wants someone with bad hygine or anything...so I think that the reason why most girls stay with the jerks is because they have the hope of being able to change that person into a much nicer individual. Or maybe its because the girls like the bad boy image. I personally would never stay with someone who treated me like crap thats stupid.~

Well, it's more of a psycological or emotional reason.
In women, a special harmone is circulated by the thyroid gland.
Men are psycologically more strong due to a harmone called testosterone.

Some people are more concerned with looks than dating someone that will actually treat them well. Looks are not everything.
