Yes, I agree with the people above me that you probably need to spend as much time as possible at school. Also why do you want to stay after school, most people are racing back from school!
However, you can't be on school property after they give permission for you to be because it is private property. Trespassing laws etc.

well in the us its only if your unsupervised after school you cant stay after. its all about law suits and **** like that. if anything happens in school and a teacher isnt there when something happens, they can get in trouble.
