Can someone give me actual borders of the south side of Chicago? Looking for street names and also especially interested in Irish neighborhoods. Thanks.

The South Side of Chicago is anything South of Cermak (22nd street) to roughly about 125th Street and anything from Lake Michigan over to Cicero Avenue (roughly)..I say roughly because the areas are jagged and it's hard to say a definitive cut off street...

as far as Irish neighborhoods go in the city, the only one that I know of is Bridgeport, however, if you go south of the city of Chicago to around 111th and Western, there is a large concentration of Irish people in that area as well...they have the south side Irish parade there annually...

The border is roughly 87th St from Cicero Ave to Western Ave, 119th Western to Indiana Ave, 140th from Indiana Ave to the state line.
