Considering his explosive history with Piazza, are you going to be able to root for him? I don't like the guy, but if he starts saving some games for the team, I might be able to warm up. What do you think?

Well MrsLeiter being that he couldn't do crap with the Indians, I'm sure he'll be lights out with the Mets, that's how it always works with former Cleveland players.

Im not a Mets fan but this was a pretty good move for the Mets. And it takes a whole lot of load off of some of the overused bullpen guys. I believe Mota is going to step up and prove everyone wrong.

i've never heard of him-but the way we're going through SP, it wouldn't surprise me if they tried to star t with heilman (hed LOVE that) and have mota bolster the pen. and they might need him for saves, since wagner has pitched for 4 games in a row. whens valentin coming back? we're missin him.

i dont like him either when he was with the marlins he sucked.
