Xp - Press Ctrl+alt+Delt > shutdown > Restart, Press Reset,Start>Turn Off Computer > Turn off

If the computer is not turned on, its quite simple. All you gotta do is to turn the computer on. If you want to reboot, then go to start, and click on shut down and then select restart. click on Ok and let the computer restart.
