I have been adjusting to wearing insoles from my doc and suddenly have terrible pain in my lower back/upper tush area. Will this go away on it's own? I stopped wearing the insoles, but the pain is terrible. Don't want to call the doc if I don't need to.

Well, if you're in pain, why not call the doc? If it is a pinched nerve, rest is the best thing and it will hopefully go away soon. If it is very painful though, then you should get it checked out.

Take the Homeopathic remedies ARNICA 30C + RHUS TOX 30C and HYPERICUM 30C together thrice a day till you get over this pinched nerve and then stop taking them.Nothing works better !

It'll go away. I had pain for two months, but take care of your back and don't irritate it and it'll heal faster
