I am 56 kilos 9 lbs, i am 4ft11 and i want to lose weight and be proud of my new figure!

the way i found was great is too drink about eight glasses of water per day. lots of walking. no junk food there you go.

To get weight off - try this for 8 weeks - should lose 2-4 pounds per week for it to stay off -
The gym at least three times a week - some cardio (power walking or running - also squats, lunges & weights)

Lots of water - No alcohol, tea or coffee - can drink herbal tea

Eat 4-5 small meals a day - largest being breakfast- try porridge with frozen berries & honey cooked in it .
No food after 7pm except a fruit snack.
Salads with Olive oil but no fatty meat or pastry
eat Fish, chicken if you eat meat - No red meat if poss
Cut down on bread - one - two pieces a day - cut out sandwiches

Take a 'hair, skin & nails' supplement - also B complex & a multi vit
This will keep you looking healthy while trying to lose this weight

You need to aim for a weight around the 7.5 - 8 stone mark.

My wife lost an awful lot of weight by drinking boiled water with a little squirt of lemon in it, replacing Tea/Coffee and all fizzy drink.

She also walks the dog, 3 miles every day.

She went from a size 20 to a size 8 in a year.

Don't know how much that is but baked all meats no fried food and exercise and drink plenty of water and if you dont get food stamp apply and start buying low fat food and if you like cookies buy ginger snaps and for fruit serving get applesauce. For veges get the green in the bag thats already clean.

You're size 10-12 and you WANT to be smaller? You don't need to lose any weight. If you're not proud of your figure now, you won't be proud of it by losing weight. You should try counselling first.

10-12=-2
8-10=-2

Loose 2 sizes!

You'd need to lose about 10lb be a size 8-10. Personally, I think you'd be better off toning up, than slimming down. HTH.

Forget the weight loss. Switch the tags on your clothes, and present them to curious men in dimly lit rooms. Most will fall for it.
It is just that simple.

The only thing you can do is eat healthily and you body will rest at is natural state you can only ever be slim and healthy as your genetics allow. So look at your family and see if your aim is realistic!
