Is there a difference if you use Absolute Versus Relative Linking? There is this article I found at http://www.searchengineguide.com/hartzer/006511.html that suggests to always use an absolute link.
What are your thoughts?

Mr. Hartzer does know what he's talking about. I recommend absolute linking for seo benefits. That way search engines know the exact page you're linking to. When designing a website, you have to cater to your 2 different audiences, the first is your human customers, the second is search engine spiders. Keep it simple and you'll do great!
