I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you're concerned about permission, you may have free access if the gym is located at your university or workplace, elsewise you'll have to pay a membership fee. If you're asking about how you physically get into the gym, you may be able to walk straight into the gym, or you may have to walk through a reception area or you may have to walk through the change-room.

go in and ask for a member ship. it usually costs a small amount a month but no big.
