1) Download Adaware and any updates they have, (Lavasoft.com).
2) Disconnect from the Internet.
3) Scan with adaware and remove all cookies and virus downloaders.
4) Reconnect to the Internet and download AVG antivirus and any updates, (Grisoft.com).
5) Disconnect from the Internet and scan with AVG.
You have to do it in this order because, if you remove the virus and then go back online, the tracking cookie down loader will simply re-infect your computer again.
Both AVG and Adaware are free easy to download and use, and are about the best you can get.
Finally, remember to check for updates and scan your computer regularly.
Hope this helps.

We could help you more if you gave the path to the Trojan.

Most virus program will not remove Trojan's (yes, that mean AVG).

I have put two links below that are free for a limited time that will remove Trojan's.

If the Trojan is in System restore then you will need to turn off System restore before running these programs.

Most people get Trojan's from running P2P programs.

Go to http://www.misec.net and download a free trial of TrojanHunter. It's one of the best removal programs.

After installing it:
Turn off system restore.
Go into safe mode on startup - F8
Run Trojan Hunter.

this trojan may stop you doing n e thing on your pc so you may need to get an anti-virus (McAFFEE,NORTON etc) reformat( use the re-boot disk that came with the pc)then instal the anti-virus.[if you re-boot you WILL lose everything...but then if you can't use the pc you've lost everything anyway] hope this helps.

These are the best free software in order to sort the Trojan horse problem. Ad-Aware gets rid of the Trojan horse and Zone Alarm prevents anything like that from happening.
