Well, your boyfriend definitely deserves to know, some guys are cool with their girlfriends stripping, but for others having you shake your body around for other guys is a deal breaker. You might want to think about whether you are willing to risk losing him by getting this job, would it be worth it to you? If not, you should tell him your plans before you accept the job and make sure he is ok with it. As for your family, I don't know how close you are to them or how conservative they are, but if you know they're going to figure out anyway, just try to explain it as a temporary way to make money on a part time basis. Good luck!

There have got to be other jobs that you could do that you wouldn't be bored with.
I'm honestly not up-tight, however being a stripper is a dangerous profession, many times the dangers are smoothed over to entice new members into the industry. Also, it's a serious knock to your reputation. Especially since you say you're taking up nursing at your university. Maybe people may not take you as seriously if they find out that you're stripping on the side. Besides, you can strip for you boyfriend at home :)
But I hope you make the right choice, man I'd hit up Yahoo hot jobs or MSN Careers, you might even be able to find a paid internship related to nursing.

well don't tell them... live your life. when they ask you tell them that you found a job thats paying the bills and you wont tell them what your doing cause it will upset them. you only live once and not all girls can be a stripper... have fun while doing it cause if you don't it will eat you up inside.

I wouldn't tell anyone tell you knew for sure that you want the job...
