i did the test patch on my arm and just washed it off...the area is now a little lighter than the rest of my arm now...

Yes, but it might discolor your skin over time. (Make it darker.) Right now it just bleached the dead skin cells.

Bleach is the key word here. Sure it will lighten your skin and dry it out. It will also be more suspectible to the suns' rays. I do not if you are using the facial hair bleach for "your upper lip"....but if you are...have that area professionally waxed instead.

Welll it's a good job you tested it first. It does bleach your skin as well as your hair. Try waxing instead.

yes ...it may or maynot go back...the skin usalli just stays lighter
