Not sure exactly what you mean.

Every pill in a packet (micrognon) is exactly the same.

There is another type of pill however (mini-pill), where each pill in the pack contains different levels of hormones and you have to take them in order.

There are loads of different types of combined pill, such as Micrognon, and they are all different.
