I don't. I call it "Finally, a city of common sense." Illegal immigrants are law-breakers. They take way more than they put into the system, and we are NOT going to be intimidated by ad hominem attacks calling us racists or bigotted (specially since I am not white, but I still get called racist. Isn't that funny?).

Take back America people, and lets remind these criminals we are not in Tijuana here, but in a nation where we respect the rule of law.

It shows that when you wait too long to try to solve a problem, the solutions become draconian. Some of these measures will be ruled unconstitutional or in violation of fair housing and other civil rights laws, no doubt. People will be upset, and there is a human cost when immigrants lives are upended.

But I agree with you there is a real problem, and it's time for active solutions on the local and national levels. This is an issue that in former times, both Republicans and Democrats would take up, and together they would have changed some laws, and provided effective enforcement.

I have not idea whether you are racist or not, but hiding behind not being white is not an automatic defense against a charge of racism.
