It is impossible for money not to factor in at some point in government. Like the rest of society, the government cannot operate without money; it is the lifeblood of civilization. Something of this magnitude easily becomes a manipulative factor, a hostage, if you will. And justice is something else that our society needs to survive. For these reasons, it should be well-funded. Money is not evil. If you (like myself) believe that there is a distinction between right and wrong that extends beyond perception, then true justice cannot be bought.
However, human judgement does have a price. While our lawmakers would ideally be communicating the nature of justice to the people, they often do not. As you implied, bribery is a problem.
Of course, if you maintain that right and wrong are not an absolute and is instead a figment of our perceptions, then one should not be surprised to see others trying to buy justice. They are just doing what they see to be right. Who are we to judge?

Are you using this to do you homework? lol anyways..that's a good question...as for how one feels about it the answer it pretty much expected because of the biased-ness of the question....a better one would have been, "Do you feel the government is controlled by money, bribes, etc?" But more to the point of answering your question.... I feel that this is just expected. We are all humans, and due to that fact we have weaknesses. So, strategically if one wanted to control the government or some descions that would be affecting their way of life the best way to keep things going your way is to exploit the person in power's weakness. And if you have enough of the resources in which to overcome the persons sense of duty and integrity then, so be it you win. This is just something I and other have accpted. You cannot have anytype of government without a level of corruption. This is just due in the end to the defects and weaknesses in human nature. wow that was alot of typing...but i hope this helps

It's no good for business. Fortunately for us, there are enough people in power who are compensating for being picked on in high school, and are on a major power trip. They'd like nothing more than to see big shots taken down a notch, so they make up for the bribery. :p
