anyway in my opinion the Cricket games available on Internet are not that good why dont u send ur brother to buy a CD of Cricket 2006 it is cool
and if not 2006 than u can buy 2005 which is also good
and even if not this then plzzz paly Cricket 2004 it is the best i have scored 1500+ runs in that believe me

at present there is a India vs. West Indies pepsi series going on. game's not too difficult & can learn fast. (only batting though but u'll score plenty of 4's & 6's.
also try cricinfo.com -games site (there is a link to this in the cricinfo home page)
there is one particular game called top trupms (a card based game)
where you select the players Strength area (e.g. if you have Tendulkar & the other card is Symonds just select runs & Tendulkar wins since he has scored heaps more than Symonds.
cards are divided in to categories like runs, averages, wickets etc. select the most appropriate. e.g for a bowler like Murali select wickets since he's taken heaps more than the rest. for Pathan year of birth / ave. is better. remember the younger age wins. e.g born in 1970 & 1980. if you select 1980 then you win.
