More Privileges

I liked being between the ages of 12-17 the best. Though I was still young enough to not have all the bills I still had a lot of freedom to pretty much go as I pleased. I had a job that I got to spend the money I earned on what I wanted to.

Being a lil kid was not as much fun because you had to depend on others to do everything for you such as if you wanted to buy something you had to beg mom or day for the money.

Being an adult stinks because though I work long hard hours for my money it seems like bills for the necessities of life take all my money way! Darn responsibilities!!!!!!! lol

Yes, I like being an adult. My mom used to always tell me not to be so eager to grow up, because I could never be a child again. But both my parents were crazy and abusive, even toward each other. They divorced when I was still a child. Because they both had joint custody of me, I had to deal with both of them! My 18th birthday couldn't get here fast enough!

I like being an adult because I get to make the rules now. I can stay up as late as I want and spend money any way I want.
I miss being a kid because I have to shoulder responsibility and
if I ever feel like acting like a kid I get strange looks.

Yes. I came from a troubled family, so being a child wasn't always fun. I remember being lonely and depressed. After my teenage years I started finding out who I really am, what I like and don't like and what I want to do. I've tried things I had never tried before, and loved them. Although responsibilities suck, I can choose my life now. From the little things like if I want to eat seafood (my mom never liked seafood much, so never cooked it) or go camping (never done that until my 20's). So I love being in charge of my life.

I'm now in that age of 13-17 and I don't like it, I liked being a kid. There's IS way too much responsiblity, and forcing you to grow up. When your older you can't go on the playground, or do kiddish things like tag, and stuff. I still do that, and playing in the rain, and when I was little I went to this AWESOME Kindercare, and I had the best of my childhood memories!

Love being an adult because you get to do so many things and experience great things. Even though there is more work to do, it is so much fun!
