If Rush is wrong and Hannity is just angry why cant you trust the American people to see it and make a informed decsion instead of issuing words of hate and venom?

Violet- The reason we should be worried about, as far as the media goes, is because the media is not supposed to be biased, whereas shows like Rush and Hannity are openly biased and are opinion based shows that openly admit their bias opinions. The problem with the media is they try to claim that they are un-biased, but they clearly are. An example is a station like Fox news, they would not stand out so much if they were like every other media source and to me that shows how biased the liberal media is.

not To answer this question but to ask another Rush didn't say anything racist, he just described a 2 bit quarterback who happened to be black. Since you can't actually do a level job of breaking down the pros and cons of a player if he is black. If you do you get accused of racism. Criticism of any kind coming from a conservative is racism. Racism coming from a liberal is called constructive. Take a look at Bill Cosby and how much people blast him , calling this Man an Uncle Tom. because He dares to tell the truth. But that won't convince a liberal of anything, you can't force the blind to see, nor the deaf to hear. Especially if they have blinded and deafened themselves by placing a bag over their head and wax in their ears.

The problem, SHIRAZ, lies in your question. You see, journalism is not about being "conservative" nor "liberal". We live in dangerous times because the corporate media has polarized much of the journalism. Journalistic values are about telling the truth of a story without an agenda. To present facts and nothing else. But when you have Fox news producers quitting because they are upset about the fact that the company they work for is asking them to slant the truth on a story then we are all in jeopardy. We are not being given the truth and that hurts us all.

It has to do with people NOT being smart enough to see and discount it. People are SHEEP who go where they are told, eat what they are told and vote for who they are told to. So they get these guys on radio who lie like rugs on valium and people go "Yeah liberals like to dance in the nude and cast magic spells to increase taxes cause this guy on the radio said so"
People are so worried about what kids listen to and seem to forget that 99% of the human population is just smart enough to use velcro

... well, most people don't like the spreading of incorrect propaganda...
as someone mentioned the "liberal media" before, perhaps a better example would be Michael Moore... why do conservatives get so up set about him... and your "he wouldn't be so popular (in the ratings/box office numbers) if he wasn't telling the truth thing" can work with him too... he's got the biggest documentary in history... if I remember correctly... not that I buy that excuse...
in short, we're not any more afraid of them, than you are of Michael Moore, we just get annoyed that people are actually stupid enough to believe what they are saying, much like Conservatives are with Micahael Moore and his fans...

If the "liberal media's" propaganda is so wrong and misguided, why do conservatives even worry about it? If the anti-American speeches spilling from the mosques in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc..., are so wrong and misguided, why would anybody even worry about it?
