do you mean your tool bar has disappeared on your desktop. Mine went yesterday all I did was shut down computer, switch it on and hey presto it was back.

If the above doesnt work, perhaps your monitor needs adjusting. You can reposition the screen by pressing the appropriate menu button actually on your monitor and adjusting the position manually

What do u mean a shot ?? A screenshot?? if so press
shift + Print screen
p.s u dont press the + its just there to tell u to press them together

Perhaps your monitor is playing up. Have you tried adjusting the vertical position?

look in the corners... you might see a little triangle with dots on it... that you click on and drag to adjust the page... or goto tools, internet options,advanced,restore defaults... g'luck...
