Yes you can, what you should avoid are alcoholic beverages, all though keep in mind some antibiotics affect the stomach wall and they might affect your stomach while you are taking the antibiotic.

Another thing that you want to keep in mind is that some antibiotics need an empty stomach to work properly, so you should avoid taking it with anything else but water.

Always follow your doctors advice, but if its just a simple antibiotic (Amoxicilin, Penicillin, Ceftriaxone) then coffee shouldn't have any affect on the antibiotic metabolism

Depends on the antibiotic. I don't know of any antibiotic with an interaction to coffee, but you should really call your doctor or a pharmacist.

yup no problem...i see no hazard in taking antibiotics with coffee or tea or jiuce..i do it all the time

Yeah I think you can but just to be safe, why not ask the doctor who prescribed it?

yes but not alcohol.....it diminishes the effects. Good luck!
