My future MIL is paying for the rehersal dinner but she can't decide if she wants us to just invite the bridal party or out of town guests as well, I keep telling her that it is up to her but she won't make a decision. Since she's paying for it, I think it should inevitably be up to her (with my approval of course) and I am trying to keep the peace. Should I be more decisive about this?

Since she is indecisive, just tell her that you want all of the out of town guests to be invited as well, and see what she says. If she says no, then that's fine. Either way it goes, you win!!!
