it means "Tender To"; a tender is a small boat used to ferry passengers and crew and stuff to a larger boat.....think "dinghy"..so a small dinghy that doesnt have its own name would be named or described as " Tender To ( the name of the mothership".and it is abreviated for signage purposes T/T....

Tilt & Trim Tilt meaning the unit tilts as to not drag on the ground when not in the water or shallow water and trim meaning you can angle the unit for performance,gas consumtion and the ride of the boat depending on conditions

T in naval vessels it can stand for transport. In other vessels it stands for Tender.
