I just dont believe he did it.And if his sweet azz goes to prison,he'll wish he kept his mouth shut and everything else for that matter. But come on,do you really think he did it?? I think it was someone they knew.somebody from their own hood.

i'm still convinced it was the parents. why would someone come into the home, kill her and then hide her body in the basement? that makes no sense to me. most kidnappings/killings occur somewhere else than where the victim lives.

Sex crimes don't necessarily dictate your sexuality. Many times heterosexual males in prison or sexual predators rape their victims not because they are gay, straight, bi, whatever. It's more of a power and anger thing.

To to be perfectly honest I just don't think this guy had anything to do with the little girls murder. I still think to this day that the parents were some how involved. I don't know about anything else, but the average parent with a small child will get up and look around if their house becomes to quiet when they have children there. I know I do. Quiet kids always mean trouble. After a couple of minutes of no noise i would have been searching. Plus, the average person would search their entire house before calling the authorities about a missing child and the parents did not do that. Seems suspicious to me.

well im torn myself.. but this man (John Mark Karr) is defienetly a candidate.. hes crazy. and a perv (he got married to a 13 year old when he wass 19, and then got a 16 year old pregnant when he was 25 and then married her.. he is a freak - a pedaphile in my mind) not only that he was arrested on several occasions with child pornography.. this man could just be obsesses with JonBenet and the case and just is saying this to be associated with it becausse hes a nut.. or he could really be the perpatrator that finally cracked under the pressure after all these years. i really don know what to think until I found out more info regarding this case. Either way Ii believe he should definetly be put away in prison .. murder or not.. hes just crazy you could tell just by looking at him..there is definetley something off about this guy...eww

I am not saying yes or no, however I can't ever imagine telling the world that I killed a child. That is just sick and wrong. Ofcourse I really am not too cool with going to prison either. I just can't understand why someone would want to be famous for a crime of murder, especially of a little girl who's skull was broke from front to back. How could that be an accident as he claims if he is guilty. I guess it takes a very messed up individual. I wouldn't want to put my family through that if I was actually innocent and trying to get some distorted fame for myself. That's just me.

I really don't know what to say. The guy was drinking champagne on the flight over! It's like he's celebrating, not in distress.

But of course as we've heard forensics expert Henry Lee said he doesn't think Karr did it either. He's solved more cases than there are questions ever asked on here and he's got entire buildings dedicated to him and his work.

And of course we have the sex-change thing. Well the guy to me seems clearly metally instable, not just if he really is found guilty since he would've been straight but then turned gay but also if he is innocent since his behaivor has been all over the place. You really just can't keep up with the guy.

I think it was someone that they knew as well. I remember when it first happened and they had a psychic helping with the case and she continued to say that it was a woman who did it. And how did they know the house well enough to break in without anyone knowing or hearing a peep. Besides the evidence thus far that this man did it doesn't quite sound right. Regardless of whether he did this crime or not, he is guilty of others and should be locked up and treated.

I don't know. Anything is possible. I think the media needs to stop putting out every little piece of information that comes out on this matter.
My husband says let that little girl rest in peace. And let the justice system deal with that guy.
