When defragging what drive do I chose when I am asked? Also, just out of curiosity, what happened to the edit option at the side of your question if you wanted to add stuff?

The (C) Drive. I don't know what happened to the Edit button, I think you have to move your mouse on them other icons 'til you find what you're looking for.

do all of them...it can't hurt, even if there is little on one drive.
You don't need to do your cd & floppy drives though...

I dunno, it was there last time I looked...
