Okay you will need. a Mini USB cable, MP3 files and your PSP.

Plug the cable to your psp and then to your comp.
Go to the USB connect option on your psp ( It's in the menu all the way to the left I believe it's settings)
Your psp should show up on your computer now. Click the music folder
Find your mp3 files and drag them to this folder
