Thats really a hard question right there man but it all base on how you look at it.....I will give you a list of rappers out there now that are really doing it BIG, cuz am into the rapping game a lot...
Jay-Z is like the god father of these other cats cuz he's on top of the lagest rap record label which is Def-Jam and one of the richest out there with a lot of respect
But one thing I can assure you is the south is ruling the rap game right now rappers like Lil Wayne, Paul Wall, Slim Thug, Chamillionaire and recently Rick Ross and a whole bunch of them, plus G-unit, D-Block and Dipset are ruling the street...
So you see its all on you man to make your choice
If you wil ask me personally, I will tell you Jay-Z aka HOVA
