Interestingly a Gallup poll commissioned by the Sunday Times in South Africa showed Black people to be the biggest racists. If you view the site www.crimexposouthafrica.org you will read of the plight of ordinary people who are being murdered and raped in unprecedented numbers whilst an intransigent Government looks on. White people seem to suffer from a guilt complex for what may have happened 100's of years ago and over which they had no control. That situation is being exploited to it's full by Dictators dressed in sheep's clothing all over Africa and other idiots like Bono and Geldoff.

This is rather a ridiculous and ignorant question. In many third world countries, white people carry an enormous amount of power by the mere fact that they are white and wealthy and if their power is removed (like has been the case in Zimbabwe) they moan and groan and leave back to their country of origin. Those who stay behind are normally the ones who have taken on the identity of the country they live in and they remain to help build the country. They see themselves as citizens and have accepted the rights and responsibilities of being citizens, thus no more special than any other citizen of that country.
Look at the past two centuries, recent past and present international policies and read about it (good example would be: Scramble for Africa by Thomas Pakenham) to understand the roots of why white people are viewed as the oppressor in most third world countries. Learn to educate yourself and put things into perspective. And yes, I am white, have never experienced racism from blacks or any other group, but because I work with the results of years of racist laws and policies, I would understand why people would feel hatred.

This is interesting. Often, especially in US, when there are issues between Whites and other ethnic, it always conveniently said that Whites discriminate other, hoping someone will listen and I often wonder the truth. Look at that black congresswoman (forgot her name), refused to stop and walked through the security system when entering the congress building. She claimed that she was being discriminated. This was a joke in my office when news first broke. I often wonder if racism started with stereotype. For instance, ever since 9/11, people will look at middle east ethnic with different color. When we are in a train or boarding a plane and see middle east ethnic, psychologically, we will pay more attention to them, to see if they have any explosive element with them. Media have something to do also. Have you notice that whenever there are crime done by Black, media will talk about it widely. Then we stereotyped by thinking Blacks are criminals. History have a part also. Since the civil war, people in general will think that White discriminated blacks because of how it was used to be. Behaviour in the public is one of the factor as well. We often make mistake by branding each ethnic in certain category because of wrong-doing by individual or small group of that ethnic. I am a chinese and fortunately, I never received any hatred from other ethnics. I always believe that to avoid being discriminated, I must always set a positive attitude towards others. True, there are people are narrow-minded, but majorities are reasonable.

Whites abroad (by Africa India I take it you mean Third World places where people have dark skin) tend to live amonst the higher echelons of social ranking compared to the majority of locals. They don't need special treatment they can bribe their way out of awkward situations. Race protection is a thick skin and an open outlook. We can all develop those ideas. Vikings - I went sailing with a couple of Norwegians. We went to Sweden ate reindeer meat but they weren't into raping and pillaging. When I asked why not they just laughed at me. When we abolish passports and people act like world citizens instead of narrow minded idiots everything will be fine. Sorry I was dreaming.

I see what you are saying. I have travelled a lot as well and although I am actively involved in racial equality in the UK, I feel that whites are not respected in many countries and we are supposed to have a continuing feeling of guilt for colonialism etc. It doesn't bother me most of the time but now and then in London, I find that being a woman, I am not treated by various ethnic minorities as I am by white men. Gender comes into this problem a lot...
However, at the same time, I disagree with a lot of UK and US foreign policy and empathise with a lot of minority race issues.

There are several reasons for this, including historical reasons. In the past, whites came from outside, and had a relative monopoly on education and industry. This meant that Caucasians had a relative monopoly on wealth.
Now, education and wealth are more widely available.
In Africa, the Chinese are now the biggest investors in infrastructure, so they are welcomed much more than Caucasians, who have to carry the baggage of their colonial past. In contrast, the Chinese never had a history of colonialism in Africa.
In Muslim parts of the world, Caucasians, especially Americans and Britons, are resented for their governments' support of Israel. Obviously, this is not something ordinary Americans and Britons are responsible for, but it is why they are resented.

I find what they call reverse racism to be a growing thing, The term "reverse" racism is misleading. It is racism plain and simple. the "reverse" modifier shows that it is retailitory. I don't hate blacks, arabics, etc. I don't really care one way or the other about them. I won't oppress them, but I won't give two shits about their supposed plight. Of all the black people I know, the only ones screaming racism are the stupid uneducated ones. The educated ones are doing pretty well. Listen to MLK and get an education.

I donot agree.Whites are a force in South Africa. They yield more power than local africans. The business and industry is in the hands of whites and they are only wealthy. As regards in India whites form only a microscopic minority. Those whites in India are highly repected and get more than the locals get with out any demand. As regards Muslims ,where ever they are, they are engaged in a religious war. They want to eleminate all non muslims and take over the world. The hidden agenda of muslim is to weaken USA and have a easy walkover the rest of the world. The Muslim coutries are preparing Islamic bombs, training terrorists for Muslim take over of the world. When you see the hidden agenda you can realise that proportional representation is not the immediate requirement but to counter Muslim hidden agenda.

properly, like something else it truly is a question of perspective. searching on what you opt for out of existence - everywhere might want to be the worst because it would not provide those issues. some adult men imagine u.s. is the worst position to stay because they hate American females. they are asserting so oftentimes. those adult men trust that Asia or Brazil are more beneficial effectual places to stay because supposedly the girls there "recognize a thanks to attend to a guy". many adult men have moved to those places and record being a lot happier. I lived in some different international places. I realized to get excitement from a number of the factors presented by lifestyle interior the west.
