Biographies are due to be published shortly by the following: Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Kerry Katona, Chantelle (BB) Houghton, Peter Andre, Billie Piper, Chris Moyles, Gordon Ramsay, David Hasselhoff, Peter Kay, and not least Roy Chubby Brown.
Has the world gone mad?
Personally, I think the Andre and Hasselhoff gems are destined to be works of literary genius.

A biography should be written after at least 35 years of life, I cant see Kerry Katona, Peter Andre or Billie Pipers being full of interesting anecdotes!

Autobigoraphies tend to be better reading than Biographies though.

I would miss sexy selshine. My choice would be your least choice, that of effing Chubby Brown.

Our friend Roy was playing the NE about 20 years ago when he was booked into a Catholic Centre. The story goes that the night before the Centre was broken into and their VHS recorder stolen.
Along comes our hero the next night, the first thing he does is point to the statue of Jesus on the crucifix at the back of the stage and exclaims, "I see the caught the b******d who nicked the video".

For the others, they are just a natural reflection of our society that discusses BB more than the starving millions.

I really cannot understand this celebrity adulation, they are just making fools of all the losers who appear to have no motivation or useful purpose in life and have no idea on how to spend their money wisely.
It's a bit like the binge drinkers who guzzle down 99% water 1% alcohol then watch the Landlord or Nightclub owner drive around in a Merc, whilst they are at home puking

They would probably all be trash written by people who don't have particularly interesting lives, but are celebs, so loads of people buy they're tripe.

I do like Pete Kay and and Gordon Ramsay, but I have no interest in reading about them. Would not buy or read any of these books.

I heard Gordon Ramsay had an interesting past - so I would go to the library for it. I don't know the ego some of the above must possess to think they are that interesting!

Andre and Hasselhoff with the word genius doesnt compute.

I think people should write biographies when they've lived their life.....not when they've got the majority ahead of them.

Honestly NO.... The Biographies I prefer to read are about Comedians... least then it's enjoyable, you find yourself laughing and you can actually hear them saying what you are reading...

BUT if I was FORCED to read any of those - I would go with Hasselhoff...

The 'Hoffs book sounds like a classic. The stories he could tell of his continuing battle against his demons, his music, his acting, his producing, his films (Nick Fury Agent Of Sheild anybody?) and his gig at the fall of the Berlin Wall. The man is a legend.
Hail the Hoff

I promise I will not only never buy any of these books AND I also promise to persecute any one that does...grrrr

I hate biographies and autobiographics even more; pompous bast*rds, my life is fascinating enough to me: I have barely enough time to think about everything I am doing let alone try and gain a nugget of wisdom from Kerry Katona
