Unfortunately, that doesnt work. Everything takes time. Sure, a pill will work, but think of your liver. What if you stop taking it? You cant just drop body fat in a week like nothing....GET PHYSICAL. You need to run hun. Join a a gym. Start eating healthier and no more carbs!! If you do any cardio and continue at least 3 or 4 times a day, you'll start dropping body fat within a month....I started using the elipticals in the gym to lose some extra pounds for a vacation I'm going on and I have already dropped 10 pounds within 3 weeks...I am pushing for 10 more. But you have to stick with it....Eat small portion meals and snack on healthy items. Instead of eating a burger, eat a chicken salad. Don't reach for a chocolate bar but go for a grapefruit with some splenda sprinkled on top instead or w/e ur choice. Always eat a good breakfast to kick up your metabolism and you wont be that hungry throughout the day as much either. Weigh yourself every morning so that you are motivated to lose the weight your expecting. The problem with alot of people who want to lose weight is laziness. We dont wanna do anything physical that will exhaust us. That's why you have to train your body and mind. Even if you cant afford to join a gym, run around a park or your block. Get a friend to join you or encourage people to support you. Once you have dropped the weight you can start to tone up that sexy body of yours....lol. Good Luck...

Please drop that foolish notion.
Everyone wants to look good and skinny doesn't look good the same way fat doesn't look good.

You want to know the trick to looking good? Focus on your health above anything else.
If you feel good, you'll be a happier, more active and yes (surprise!) look better.

By the way, some people will say no dairy no carbs... Don't listen to them. You need dairy for vitamins and minerals and you need carbs for energy. It's all about eating the right things and in moderation. Don't eat processed cheese or oreo cookies, but light cream cheese on whole wheat toasted bread is fine.

Starving yourself to be "skinny" won't accomplish anything.
Also there are no magic bullets. The way for better health and hence better looks is a long one and requires a lot of discipline. But boy is the pay off tremendous!

Think a year ahead. Don't eat junk food. Instead eat healthy things with lots of variety (fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, grains, whole wheat products, dairy products) and get physically active (swim, run , do a sport). Stick with healthy habits and eventually you'll look better. The feeling better part starts almost at the same time you start your healthy life style.

Its not possible. Even with exsessive exersise and starvation you cannot do that. Unless you wanna die. You will cause more damage than you can ever imagine. The only way to be skinny in one week is with surgery (lipo).
If you want a nice body--you should beware of what you eat and exersise on a reuglar basis. Diet and Exersise. That is the only way that is healthy. And its not a quick fix, its a lifestyle change. You have to be committed.

no such thing unless you go for liposuction but you need like 3 weeks to recover so no such thing for one week. depends on how much weight you want to lose the best way is to do running 3 times a week 30-60 minutes at a time early morning is best and eat light but often 5-6 meals and keep cal intake under 2000 and you'll lose 3-4 pounds a week and keep it up until you reach your target weight then run twice a week to maintain the weight good luck to you.

well you must do 3 hours of exercise everyday, diet properly, but besides that you cant get SKINNY in one week, you are only supposed to lose about 1-2lbs a week. But, if you are desperate! I suppose you could go on a strict diet of chapstick, but not lip balm that is FATTY FOOD! The more chapstick the better.

well first of all u cant be skinny in 1 week unles u wna only lose 1 kilo at most or like every1 said u might as well starve urself...btw starving urself doesnt really make u skinny! u need some time till u bcome skinny..k...so give it sometime and ull b as skinny as a stick...lol

great strength you know all the people that are in need of this just can't seem to get it through there heads that running and eating well is the simplest way. weigh yourself first then just have a power drink in the morning Monday per say, and run around the block. do it again, again, again and again for the week just one time around the block. don't eat break-fest the power drink will elp you through the noon time.

There is no way to be skinny in one week without cosmetic surgery. It took longer than 1 week to get they way you are and it will take longer to get where you want to be. Just stick with it and set reachable goals.

If you want to loose weight it needs to be done in a healthy way, and that is not possible in one week. It needs to be a lifestyle change. Healthy eating and exercises. When you go on a crash diet it throws your whole system off and messes up your metabolism, which makes it harder to keep the weight off.

Forget about it... Better if you shoot yourself. If you have a weight problem the best thing you can do is go slow and look for medical professional advise. Once you start the gain/lose yo-yo you f... up! Just a healthy diet and enough exercise should do you good in time.
