Yes. Dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) will burn. Frozen water will just kill the cells, freezer burn.

yes if u get some salt and put it in our hand and hold a cube of ice it will leave a mark and it hurts like a ***** lol

Burning is oxidation and carbonization.
Freezing doesnt do that. It can hurt like that as tissue dies though.

yes it can. depends on what type of ice it is. dry ice certainly can, but frozen water not so much.

its frost bite la..
some to the extreme that numbness in your limbs and turning scary blue to purple... if untreated muz be amputated to save life..
