Download
1. Free AVG antivirus
2. Spybot Search and Destroy
3. Adaware SE
Install them, get the updates, and run them.
Number 2&3 above need to be updated manually, and ran once a week.

1.Download Yahoo! Toolbar it provides you the Norton Antispyware.
2. Download Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html or Spybot Serch & Destroy http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10122137.html .
3. Update the definisions and Scan in Safe mode.

just download the free yahoo toolbar it comes with anti-spy run it and it will automatically sort it out i also suggest you run an anti-virus as well.

BitDeffender is my suggestion. If you want something free then try AVG Antivirus.
