when your pimple starts showing up, don't even think of touching it because you are likely to aggravate the infection on your skin. Don't even try to pluck it with your fingers because if you do that, you will only be pushing the dirt down further into your skin.

What you can do is, try to find out if what's causing all your pimples to pop out. It may be related with the food you are eating. I will advise you to stay away from oily foods and junkies because it makes them all the more pop out.

Second, you may want to determine just how sensitive your skin is before you even think of applying medications. It may trigger adverse effects on your skin if you don't know how sensitive your skin is to chemicals. You might just also end up being sorry for now knowing what you just put on your face/body to make those pimples disappear.

Third, as soon as you find out the sensitivity of your skin, then that's the time for you to check out over-the-counter medications to temporarily relieve you of your problem. Afterwhich, if it leaves visible marks, then maybe you'd like to visit a dermatologist so they could check what you should do and not do when your pimples are popping out like hell, particularly on your back.

I use an exfoliant treatment and lightening cream daily for that. Cleanser, toner with exfoliating properties, and lightening night cream. Sunblock The best lightening creams are japanese brands.

The exfoliants lifts off dead skin to lighten areaand the lightening cream helps fade the spots. You are working double time.

Don't pop them. Wash your face daily with a facial scub, then follow up with a lite moisturizer. Use something that will match you skin type.
