Salem, Massachusetts. I've never been but I heard there are lots of programs, fun and serious. Witches cemetery, museums, craft shops, Halloween celebration. Look at Salem Halloween for info.

Research what neighborhoods are more liberal with parents who let their kids out on Halloween. A place SWARMING with kids is always more fun on Halloween than in a place where the parents are terrified to let them out. I'm not a jerk in any way, shape, or form, but come Halloween I LOOOOVE scaring little kids (in a non-traumatizing way). >:D

Austin, Texas in downtown Austin on sixth highway. it really is the superb Halloween party. There are litreally thousands of folk of each age dressed up down there walking around the area, and going out and in of golf equipment. that is a comprehensive madhouse. absolutely everyone is everywhere dressed up and in personality. The police are everywhere too to make positive issues stay secure and the media is there to conceal each little thing.

front of a TV or aniwhere there is lots of kids to scare with ur custom and tricks. I always go to like parties with my friends. Other then that go to SixFlags, they have halloween celebrations.
