He told me to walk 10 miles a day for a week. I followed his instructions to the letter but at the end I find myself 70 miles away from home with no bus fare. I don't think he thought this through properly.

walk back the 70 miles, it will help you with the exercising.

I sympathise completely. Only recently did I see my doctor for a particularly nasty looking sore on my ****. He prescribed me some cream and four aspirin a day, and now I can't pee.
