I always thought that you had to be sixteen and to have a parent's signature. Maybe I am wrong though. Please let me know the age to get an individual plan without and adult's signature and with one. Thank you.

To get a prepaid account you don't have to be a certain age.
To get a monthly plan you need to be atleast 18 because you're signing a contract. It's not legally binding for a company to make a contract with a MINOR [someone under the age of 18]

Well, you must be of legal age to sign a contract. Then they will pull your credit report. After that they will decide whether to sign you up on a plan or not.

You don't have to be a certain age. Just get a phone and a individual plan.
