Why do your pool rooms have a large advertising banner at the top pushing chat box out of sight?

Pool table rooms have a large banner at the top of the page that push the chat boxes nearly out of sight. No "pulsing" line at beginning of chat box. Large blank yellow column appears where "Who's Here" information used to appear.
