its called the welfare state, slags have the right to breed so do scum. simple mathamatics get knocked up by a fella who makes a living selling copied dvd's then go to the dole and get money for their own stupidity.

Because 'morons' have the same genetic imperative to reproduce as everyone else. We don't reproduce with a view to the good of society, we do it with the sole interest of propogating our own genetic material.
In theory, natural selection should weed out people with less survival potential, ie morons. For better or worse (and that's a whole seperate debate) we've structured society to largely cancel out the influence of natural selection so morons have better survival potential than they might otherwise.
Believe it or not, despite lower IQ ranges drastically outbreeding higher IQ ranges, IQ scores are on the rise accross the board and have been for a long time. It's known as the Flynn effect and it's a great puzzle to social scientists.

because alcohol, drugs and the state benefit system rob people of ambition and allow them to survive on handouts.
Benefits are so poorly regulated and freely available, that they often give a better standard of living than minimum-wage jobs. Because their parents and schools have allowed them to waste their childhoods, they aren't able to get the level of job that would bring them up to a better standard of life, so why work all week and be no better off than if you had sat at home?
The country is in enough of a mess that these 'spongers' should be given only a day's benefits in return for a days work (cleaning streets etc) this would at least give them some pride.

Because who`s alike come togheter. And the kids won`t necesarilly be morons, geneticly speaking but they`ll have a bad example.

Whats wrong with morons? They have a place in the world just as you do. They may well upset your oversensitive and overbred sensibilities but that is your problem and is nothing to do with them. They have just as much right to be here as you have, the world needs dustmen and labourers as much as it needs theoretical physisists and computer programmers. Stop whingeing.

I am of the opinion that common, rough people always breed very easily. This is because they need more kids, taking into account that there is a good chance some will be shot or jailed.
