what do people do when they have permanent elephantitis, need to get rid of it

I would suggest you start dating female elephants, then you could save yourself much money and the hassle of going through an operation....They will be very grateful, you could get a job at a circus, ..and they never forget...you will have a saggy baggy friend for life LOL

No exact surgery for penis reduction. You should be grateful for having a huge penis while others are struggling to have an inch or more longer, they will do everything to achieve it. Accept what you possess cause it will never and ever change.

There is no such condition affecting just the penis. And there is no surgery to reduce the size of the penis.
