When someone is staring at another, in a lustful kinda manner. You can tell when a guy is doing that to you. He stares and has that look about him. Instead of looking at you in your eyes, hes giving you the "elevator eyes", staring at you and going up and down with his eyes, like an elevator as it were. Or like I said, just lustfully staring. You know.

It means "looking at someone with lust" - usually guys leer at women because they're perverts who want to get the woman's clothes off and get her into bed.
It's not a particularly nice thing to do and it's mainly a guy thing so girls tend to get upset ... Now you know, you can tell the guy to f**k off in future - never mind the innocence!

leering is kind of a pervers thing as in when an old bloke leers over a girl- he may not nessesarily be talking to her but you can tell hes being pervy by staring and her **** and grinning like a nutter and maybe licking his lips and rubbing his hands together.

it means looking at them, maybe moving ur eyes up and down so u keep checking out their body such as staring between their legs or at their butt or breasts and then maybe not moving your eyes away soon enough so the person can see u r leering.

It measn that they are looking at someone with a sexual intensity...it's not a nice thing to leer.

looking at someone or something and not blinking or even caring if they see u looking at them its like a very lond stare but with a little more buggingness to it if u no waht i mean.it gives me the creeps

I think it means like to stare...as if they feel a sexual desire towards you or has some sort of evil intent.
