you dont renew it, because as a computer tech I am extremely displeased with the protection that Norton "claims" to provide. Your best bet? going with AVG Security becaues they are relatively cheap and your computers are scanned 3 times a day to make sure there are not any viruses. So if I were you I would change to AVG and save yourself some cash and get the top protection. Hope this helps and you might check to see if AVG is right for you.
