Only when the Arab world compensates the Western world for;
- Keeping the peace in many Arab lands
- Compensates the West for all the terrorist attacks and loss of life dating back to the very early 80's
- Compensates for all the $$$ invested in the 60's, 70's and 80's to develop the Arab world so that it could reach the levels they are at today
- Not helping to keep the peace with a single man or $, anywhere else in the world including many places in the Arab world
and finally,

No, because actions Israel took were not war crimes, but rather an answer to measures Hezbollah took illegally as an independant fighting force operating within the borders of a sovereign nation without authority of that nation. Hezbollah is being made to repay by being allowed to operate in that country and serve within the seat of government.

Why did Israel do that? BECAUSE IT WAS DEFENDING ITSELF. There is nothing wrong with trying to destroy a terrorist group when over 750,000,000 people want you all dead. War crimes? I don't think so. The ones at fault are Hezbollah. They started this and the world has recognized it.

Using civilians as human shields and fighting in civilian clothes is also a war crime, you nitwit. That's what Hezbollah does! They hide behind old women and babies, then cry fowl when someone gets killed!
They even barricaded the areas of attack so aid couldn't get there so the civilian death count would go up!!!

Why would it? The Israelis were perfectly justified in pursuing such a course of action in my opinion.
It was only quite unfortunate that they did not manage to eliminate Hezbollah.
