I hate using a public bathroom in general, flushed or not!

I never use public park or gas station restrooms. I have found that grocery store bathrooms are kept the cleanest. It the case of the "previous non-flusher", I just flush and get on with my business.

Ya me too!!Its disgusting!Sometimes when the public toilets are busy you can't flush it.You know,when you keep trying but it just won't flush then its no ones fault.
P.S.That wasn't a question its called yahoo questions for a reasons.

I`m a guy and I hate it when other guys pee all over the seats,don`t flush and I have to move my bowels .
I guess their moms don`t follow them around everywhere.

This is very crude to not flush the public toilet especially
when someone has taken a crap and don't flush.
Yes, I do detest this.
