friends plz helpppppppppp.............???

i stalled IM Plus & i x-atly dont know what it is
when i chat with my friends [in msn] .. they are telling that the text is in japanese...
this item is not there in the control panel or any wherelse in the computer[only on the task bar]
so how 2 delete it plsss helppp!!

To add remove in control panel. Then try to reinstall.
