A really cool look that doesn't cost a lot of money is to wrap your furniture in tin foil. It gives it a kind of spacey look.

You can order M & M's online that are printed w/ whatever you want and you can get colors to match your Star Wars theme. Ohh, also, go to MandM.com (i think that is the website) and they have party ideas, too
for games you could look in star wars books for a picture of a Bantha, then draw one and play pin the tail on the Bantha!
You could use dark blue & black color theme, streamers, balloons , etc. (to give the feeling of the darkness of space)
You could make a pinata that is shaped like R2D2 (use a brown paper bag, paint it to resemble R2D2, fill with candy or small toys)
Use a plastic "lightsaber" to hit the pinata!

darth vader pinata, (im mexican) or cake.
the star wars paper plates/ napkins.
star wars theme song playing for the kids.
then, for fun, go to laserquest and have 2 teams, the jedi and the sith,
